T. Madhavi Latha
She is the backbone of GEPL. She guides GEPL, delivers assistance, advisory solutions, helps GEPL prosper at all levels. She oversees all operations of Grossmacht concurrently, provides necessary help in carrying out governing functions.
She as the dynamic, result-oriented leader is responsible for strategic planning and implementation. She effectively lays out directions for Grossmacht in all ways possible putting to use strong and effective strategic leadership.
She is blessed with innate leadership skills which she always employs to ensure effective use of the corporate resources at Grossmacht. Her superior interpersonal skills, capabilities to resolves even the complex issues and abilities to motivate the staff to peak performance have always helped Grossmacht reach new heights in business. She uses keen analysis and insights, right approach to implement the best practices and thereby always in a position to achieve organizational improvement.
T. Pratyusha
T. Pratyusha is a multi-tasker and she brings years of professional experience in legal, finance and Human Resource operations. She leads the company’s economic strategy, financial modeling and forecasting. She manages all internal and external financial reporting, assesses, analyzes Grossmacht’s operations to perfectly identify and utilize opportunities to curtail down costs and improve processes.
Her additional areas of expertise include but not just limited to vision and mission planning, business strategy development and marketing analysis.
